First Step in this Journey

All prospective participants (clients) are invited to participate in a 15-20 minute no-cost virtual consultation.

The consultation is an opportunity for us to discuss:

  • administration such as frequency of sessions and cost

  • your goals, needs and expectations

  • therapeutic approaches offered and discussing beliefs/values/context

  • share a bit about my experience and who I am

  • additional topics that are important to you both

If in agreement to work together, you will receive a collaboration and consent form and welcome email introducing you to your service experience.

Counselling

Individual

A collaborative focus on specific challenges or life transitions by developing awareness, understanding and strategies working towards agreed upon goals with a specific agreed upon timeline.

While counselling can be experienced as a short-term process (1-8 sessions), it can also expand through establishing new goals or evolving into longer-term therapy (8+ sessions).

  • 90-min single sessions are also available

Psychotherapy

Individual

Collaborative exploration, curiosity and vulnerability to better understand oneself, life experiences, healing, growth and development over a longer timeline.

This deeper allows you to safely explore whats at the core of your thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Depending on the approach, we start with developing a trusting therapeutic relationship while focusing on the specific area(s) of priority. This work can span from a couple months to over a year depending on the participant’s goals and needs.

Consulting is a limited service based on capacity. If travel is required, please ensure consideration for travel expenses are also included.
