You’re ready to book an appointment - amazing!

You’ll notice below that the appointments are organized by virtual, *walking and in-person session environments. Services are identified whether you’re looking for a standard counselling, psychotherapy or transitioning out of services. We also offer one-at-a-time also know as single-session offerings that are 90-minutes.

Scheduling is managed through Google Calendar and you’ll be asked a few questions to complete your booking. Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll receive a calendar invite for the appointment and session environment details to your email address. Please RSVP.

*If you’re a new collaborator and booking your first session, you’ll receive a collaboration form directly to your email address. Once completed, you’re receive a welcome email.
