A place where growth is possible

Our approach

Across all services, Branch & Anchor Counselling is guided by the belief that growth happens best when people feel safe, understood, and supported. Whether you are seeking mental health support or professional consultation services, our work is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and justice.

"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style." — Maya Angelou

Whether you’re looking for mental health support for yourself, your relationship(s) or expertise on a project. You can expect authentic and adaptive support that meets you where you’re at along your journey. In our collaboration, there are regular opportunities for you to provide feedback so that your experience is centred and your priorities are in focus.

We angrily acknowledge that accessing mental health services is still a luxury for many. This is why we offer and aim to maintain limited sliding-price options for counselling or psychotherapy services, as well as referral and transition support to other providers or resources as needed.
