At our core, we believe that people are not broken. The trauma and challenges we face are natural responses to living in a world shaped by systems of oppression, inequality, and historical harm. It makes sense that, in this context, we carry wounds from our individual and collective experiences. Our work is centered on helping you understand and navigate the impact of these systems on your life — while honoring your resilience and capacity for growth and fulfillment.
In our work together, we show up as humans first, bringing empathy and validation to every interaction. We offer a range of services designed to meet you where you are, including:
Our approach is flexible and tailored to align with your values, needs, and goals. We make sure there are regular opportunities for you to give us feedback so that our work actually supports you. We understand that accessing mental health services is unfortunately, still a luxury and not a basic human right. We offer limited sliding-price options, as well as referral and transition support to other services as needed. Click below to book a free 20-min consultation to see if we’re a fit for you!
